Simple Fresh-baked Rolls

Glee Pantry

We are into the new year! Sometimes this change in the last digit of the date brings about renewed enthusiasm for the things that we listed in our now-crumpled “To Do” list for 2016 but didn’t quite get around to them.

Maybe one of the things we thought to do is to bake gluten-free. It does sound overwhelming, especially if you have never baked bread before. But baking gluten-free may bring about some pleasant surprises. It is quite satisfying when one is able to make something delightful on their own.

When you are gluten-free, even misshapen bread rolls made with love and pride can taste wonderful.

Here’s a recipe you can start with. So get into the kitchen. Mix it. Bake it. Fail. Repeat. Succeed.

I’m sure even the expert baker once felt like a beginner.
