Cancellation, Returns And Refunds


  • You may cancel purchases at any time before we dispatch your package.


  • Once shipped, you may request for a return of purchased items, within 7 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions :
    • The incorrect item has been delivered.
    • The item and/or its packaging has been damaged.
    • The item has past its “Best Before” date or has expired (unless purchased under quick sale specials).
  • You may arrange directly with Glee Pantry on the Return.
  • In the case where an incorrect item was delivered, we will deliver the correct item and collect back the item for Return, provided it has not been opened.
  • In the case of damaged or expired item, we will arrange to collect back the item for Return.


  • Upon completion of the cancellation or the return process, please allow 3 working days for us to process the Refund directly to your bank account.
